We’re inviting a small group of aligned people. Investors who understand community, believe in the power of great teams, and want to be part of this from the very beginning.
I’m Interested. Let’s TalkNo commitment yet. Just a conversation.
I’m Lamont Badru, the founder. Before building Paragon, I worked as a community organizer, non-profit director, and spent years running a coworking space in Yonkers, NY. I learned firsthand that the tools community builders rely on were never built for them. Paragon is the platform I wished existed.
Samuel leads engineering and Charis drives product. Together we ran a closed beta at Lehman College, incorporated what we learned, and we’re ready to move.
When you join the Founding Circle, you’re not backing a pitch. You’re backing a team that has been in the field.
WhatsApp for chat. Meetup for events. Google Sheets for ops. Instagram for reach. Four apps, zero coordination. None were built for community builders, organizers, or team leaders. And none talk to each other.
No commitment. Just a conversation.
Bases is where your community or team works. The social layer is where it comes alive. And where your world opens up.
One workspace for everything your team or org needs. Chat rooms, task boards, event coordination, file sharing. No fragmentation. No switching apps. No duct tape. Whether you’re running a community org or a tight-knit team, it replaces the broken stack entirely.
Members don’t just work together. They follow each other, post, react, and build real relationships. The social layer is what makes Paragon feel alive. It turns a workspace into a community people are proud to belong to.
And when they look up from the work? NearMe shows them what’s happening around them: events, groups, and people nearby worth knowing. Not just a feed to scroll. A reason to step outside.
Millions of teams, orgs, and community groups are running their operations on tools that were never built for them. Student organizations, nonprofits, civic groups, meetup groups, and local business teams don’t fit inside enterprise software or mass-market social platforms. Paragon gives them a real home base. As the creator economy grows, that demand is only expanding.
Our 5-year model targets $41.9M ARR anchored by 100,000 paid Bases and 10,000 local business premium members.
Founding Circle members are accredited investors who want to be close to what Paragon is building, at the earliest stage. A 25-seat cohort. Equal terms for every member.
Everyone in the Founding Circle gets the same access, the same relationship with the team, and the same terms.
